3. Beachhandball indoor Masters

The 2008. tournament is history. Last Saturday, in the beachplus.ch arena, was held third in a row, international Beachhandball indoor Masters. Like last year, the main word have led teams from Croatia, Germany and Hungary. Swiss beach handball pride was defended by the first place in women’s category. Playadettes from Lucerne made progress compared to previous year, by defeating women’s team Detono Zagreb, by a shootout. Shootout is more difficult way of performing a penalty. One top game ended with deserved victory for Playadettes.

In men’s final were playing the last year’s winners from Zagreb and the team from Germany! The team of Detono Zagreb maintained composure and defended the title.

During the whole tournament, spectators have seen top beachhandball! In the evening , the winners as well as losers went to the playersparty in Dorfkeller, were besides the award ceremony, a party until early morning took place! Worthy ending of a, once again, successfully held tournament.
